The above costs of Vision Software incorporates The Mortgage Times white labeled versions of Trigold or Mortgage Brain together with Assureweb and GIology GI software with no additional cost.

The cost of the Vision Software per user will be reimbursed providing the required number of business completions are processed over the 12 month period starting from purchase of the software. (Excludes whole of the market version of Trigold or Mortgage Brain).

Vision Software Discounts

Complete 4 cases from the list outlined below per month per user over the rolling 12 months and we will reimburse the monthly costs of Vision Software only.

Categories of business accepted to qualify for the above discounts are:

• Packaged Mortgage completions - via our Packaged Panel
• Lender Direct Mortgage completions - via Mortgage Times Club
• Life Assurance completions – Submitted via Vision software
• General Insurance completions – Submitted via Vision software
• Pension completions – Submitted via vision software
• Investments completions – Submitted via Vision software
• Conveyancing completions – Submitted via Vision software

Whole of the Market sourcing options

Should you wish to opt for a whole of the market version of Trigold or Mortgage Brain there will be an additional cost per month on top of the pricing shown. The additional pricing will apply on a individual basis per user.

Trigold Whole of the Market version £15+vat

Mortgage Brain Whole of the Market version £25+vat

Option 1 – Monthly Fee

You will receive the full gross commission and full renewals for each application for the following monthly subscriptions.

• £0 to £49,999 Turnover per annum £125 a month
• £50k to £99,999 Turnover per annum £250 a month
• £100k to £149,999 Turnover per annum £375 a month
• £150k+ Turnover per annum By negotiation

Option 2 – Commission split

No monthly fee, however Vision will deduct a percentage of the commission as shown below based on turnover.

• £0-£49,999 Turnover per annum 10%
• £50,000 - £99,999 Turnover per annum 7.5%
• £100,000 Turnover and over By negotiation

The above percentage splits is based on Gross Life, Pension and Investment commission turnover, it does not include Mortgage Procuration fees, GI commissions or broker fees.

Mortgage and Non investment Insurance Only.

• £100 a month for Sole trader
• £150 a month for 2 to 5 advisers
• £200 a month for 6 to 9 advisers
• By negotiation for 10 or more advisers
